- Screen-pop to open an URL, configured per-campaign basis. For example, to open your CRM with the current contact details.
- See agent statistics in real time
- Record sales information.
- Record call disposal information.
- Reschedule a call.
- Instant messaging.
- Flag contact for DNC list addition.
